No one subject regarding criminal behavior puts more fear into the hearts of decent, law-abiding citizens than does Sex Offenses... Rape, Incest, Child Molestation, fondling... you name it.
I was one of the first senior Law Enforcement Officers in Texas to receive the specialized training and Texas State certification as a Family Violence / Sexual Abuse Special Investigator. As such, I am a firm believer in the old adage of “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” Although we as Texans may never be able to cure our society of this horrendous malady, many actions have been taken, both from a legislative aspect and from within the private sector, to provide as much prevention to help keep ourselves and our precious families as safe as possible.

Follow the directions on this Site and input the information asked. This site will present a map of your particular residential or work area based on the street address, city, state, and zip code that you input. The site will take a few seconds to load, depending on the speed of your Internet connection. The map will load a small picture of a house at the center--- that is the address that you entered (your house!) and will show a number of small squares of different colors around your location. Please check the legend at the left side of the map... these are the locations of sex offenders registered in YOUR neighborhood! Click on the little colored squares and a picture of the person and their offense will load.
You can zoom in on the map and it will also show the locations of schools and playgrounds in your area. Take a look at the location of where your child plays, and who lives in the area.
I am not sure how often the database for this site is updated, but I will assure you of one thing: If I am elected Constable of Precinct Three, our Office will have a special contingent of Deputies who will consistently call on, verify, and track these convicted sex offenders and follow up on their current activities. These persons will continually be checked upon, as closely as possible, to verify that they do not offend again.
The Deputies of our Constable’s Office will also be performing “Extra Eyes and Ears” patrols in our Precinct Three neighborhoods to help support and effect the best possible Crime Watch.
